  • Can we drink alcohol on the bus?

    Yes, alcohol is permitted on the vehicle as long as EVERYONE on board is at least 21 years old. If there is a mix of both 21+ and under 21 onboard, alcohol is not permitted.

  • Should we bring coolers on the bus?

    If you like, but there is a 70-can cooler on board.

  • Do you supply alcohol?

    The Cool Bus is strictly BYOB. Customers over 21 years of age are welcome to bring whatever beverages they would like to consume on the bus. Still, we will not supply it and customers under 21 are prohibited from drinking alcohol.  

  • Can we have a keg?

    No, kegs are not allowed on board.

  • What should we bring on the bus?

    Drinks, ice, and cups. We will supply paper towels and trash bags.  Leave those bad attitudes at the house and don’t forget those party pants!  

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.

  • Can we bring food with us?

    Light snacks are allowed onboard during your party. We recommend that you do not bring messy snacks or full meals on the party bus, as excessive mess can result in added fees.

  • Is there a minimum number of hours for the bus rental?

    Yes, there is a minimum of 5 hours. Certain events have other minimum requirements.

  • When does my reservation begin and end?

    Your reservation begins at your scheduled pickup time. Your trip ends when we drop off the last guest.

  • Is there a deposit to rent the bus?

    Yes. A minimum of 50% deposit is required prior to the trip.

  • What is an appropriate tip for the driver?

    A driver gratuity of 20% is included it in your initial quote.  However, if you feel like your service exceeded expectations and was of the highest quality, you a free to provide any additional tip paid directly to the driver.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. We also accept cash, Venmo and Zelle transfers.  We do accept checks, but only if paid in advance.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    For cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, there is no fee. Less than 30 days, there is a 50% charge, and less than seven days, there is a 100% charge.
